What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns of unused, unwrapped items for refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fees back and forth within 7 days of your order receipt.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days.  There is a 15% restocking fee on all product returned in resalable condition .  You must put all original packaging so that the package arrives back to us in excellent resalable condition.  If the package was poorly packed and the order comes back damaged or opened, we must charge at least the 25% restocking fee depending on the condition.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days, sorry no exceptions.  

How do I return or exchange an item?
You may return or exchange the item within 7 days after your order receipt. You may open the case, but please don't unwrap the chips from the rolls.  Do not open any other item with seals. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund minus shipping cost back and forth. There will be least a 25% restocking fee for returns that come back unwrapped.  Exchanges may take place with a 15%  or 25%+ restocking fee depending on the circumstance.  You must email your return request to sales@texasholdempokerplanet.com before you send product back so we may issue you an RMA #.  RMA# must be written on the package before returning.  Returns will be refused without an RMA# written on the outside of the packaging. 

We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allow at up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your PayPal / Credit Card Account..

How do I deal with damages and missing products?
If you have a damaged item, you must report this within 7 days and report it to the shipper (UPS, Frdex, US Mail.).  Internet fraud has been increasing due to the fact that online customers are opening the items, using them, and reporting them used after 7 days, sometimes even less.  We have to put this policy into play for this particular reason.  Please check your whole order because there are no exceptions to returning or exchanging an item after 7 days.  If this is a gift, you must check your item first to make sure everything is there, then rewrap this as a gift.  Missing products will only be accepted before 7 days.  We weigh every single package that goes out and know if our weight matches the contents of the boxes.  There have also been some customers that reporting missing items, but with our advanced software, we are able to detect that some were lying and some indeed were missing items.  Again, please check all packages when you receive them. 

Shipping/Delivery
When you place an order, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.
 All  orders should be processed the same day or by the end of the following business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse it is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver your order to you on time. We are not responsible for nor do we have any control over carrier delays or weather conditions.
